1. Before work begins
Orders canceled before analysis or production begins may qualify for a refund, less nonrecoverable payment fees when permitted by law.
2. After work begins
Once intake, analysis, research, structuring, writing, design, or organization begins, amounts allocated to completed work and reserved capacity are nonrefundable. For milestone billing, completed or started milestones remain due.
3. Customized and final deliverables
Customized products delivered according to scope become final after the review period. A change of mind, strategy, or personal circumstances does not automatically create a refund right.
Errors attributable to V1Docs will be corrected within the applicable scope and review period.
4. Client information
Work performed is not refundable when a project is interrupted because the client supplied false, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or omitted information, or failed to provide required cooperation.
5. Inability to deliver
If V1Docs cannot perform part of the contracted service, we will refund the amount allocated to the unperformed portion. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and may require the processor's standard timeframe.
6. Mandatory rights
This policy does not eliminate cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or warranty rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Mandatory law controls in the event of conflict.
7. Requesting a cancellation or refund
Email info@v1docs.com with your name, order number, product, and reason. We will respond after reviewing the project stage and eligible amount.
