1. Nature of services
V1Docs creates customized documents, reports, factual analyses, visual materials, and document-production packages. V1Docs is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal strategy, or representation.
Clients must consult a licensed attorney or authorized representative for legal and immigration decisions.
2. Scope, proposals, and timing
Scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and included revisions are stated on the product page, proposal, or order confirmation. Out-of-scope requests may require a new quote.
Timelines depend on timely receipt of information, documents, approvals, and feedback.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients confirm they are authorized to supply all materials and that information is truthful, accurate, complete, and current. Clients must review and approve factual content before final delivery.
False, inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information may result in suspension or termination, without affecting amounts due for work already performed.
4. Payment and ownership
Payments may be processed through a third party such as Stripe. Fees, milestones, and due dates are disclosed before purchase.
After full payment, clients may use final deliverables for the contracted purpose. V1Docs methods, templates, systems, pre-existing materials, and intellectual property remain owned by ZUFE LLC.
5. Revisions and acceptance
Included revisions are limited to factual corrections and adjustments within scope. Major changes in direction, strategy, or information may require added time and fees.
Delivery is accepted upon express approval or expiration of the stated review period without client response.
6. No guarantee
No document guarantees approval by USCIS, an attorney, investor, financial institution, partner, or any other third party. Outcomes depend on facts, evidence, external criteria, and decisions outside V1Docs control.
7. Liability and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZUFE LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Florida law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights in the client's jurisdiction. Venue and dispute procedures remain subject to applicable law.
