1. Information we collect
We may collect your name, email, optional phone number, professional information, messages, project details, documents and evidence you submit, support records, device data, and information needed to process payments.
Do not provide third-party data without authorization or information that is unnecessary for the contracted service.
2. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare proposals, perform contracted work, maintain private support, process payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Audio, transcription, and artificial intelligence
When you choose to answer by voice, your audio may be processed by your browser, a transcription service, and artificial intelligence tools used by V1Docs. We use this processing to convert speech into text, organize or clarify your response, and support preparation of the contracted product—not to create facts, provide legal advice, or make automated legal decisions.
Voice input is optional. We will request your permission before recording, and you may enter the same information by typing. Transcriptions and AI-organized text may contain errors, so you must review, edit, and confirm the content before submitting it to our team.
Depending on the feature, audio may be processed temporarily by the browser or our providers. V1Docs ordinarily stores the transcript, the approved text, and records needed for the order, and does not necessarily store the original recording. If a feature begins retaining the original audio, we will disclose that at the time of collection.
Audio, transcripts, and approved text may be accessed by authorized V1Docs team members and by transcription, hosting, and artificial intelligence providers only as necessary to operate the feature and provide the service. We do not sell this content or use it for behavioral advertising. Avoid recording passwords, complete financial account numbers, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order.
4. Service providers
We may share only necessary data with hosting, database, authentication, payment, email, storage, transcription, and artificial intelligence providers, including services such as Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and Google Workspace/Drive when activated.
These providers process data under their own terms and security commitments.
5. Retention and security
We retain data as needed to provide services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, but no system is completely immune from incidents.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction, including for transcripts and recordings stored by V1Docs. Some information may be retained when required by law or needed to protect legal rights.
Send requests to info@v1docs.com.
7. International transfers and minors
Because ZUFE LLC operates in the United States and serves international clients, data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 without a parent or legal guardian.
8. Updates and contact
We may update this policy for legal, operational, or technical changes. The current version will appear on this page.
Privacy contact: info@v1docs.com.
